The first thing to consider is if you set up a password for your Journey web app account. There are passwordless options. If you have a Google-hosted email address, your password is the password for your email account. You will have to reset it within the Google system to recover that password.
If you are using an emailed address not hosted through Google, follow these steps:
1. Click the Sign in with email button
2. Enter email address and click NEXT.
3. Click Trouble signing in?.
4. Click SEND to send instructions to your email on how to recover your password.
5. Click the link in the email.
6. Enter a new password and click SAVE.
